Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club was started to encourage students to eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Since its inception, it has taken on the social aspects of students starting their day by sharing a bowl of cereal. Breakfast Club has encouraged camaraderie and fellowship, and has even made floats for the annual Homecoming Parade.  This year we will emphasize fundraising for charity to follow the course of our founders.  Check out pancakes for poverty.com

Special functions/events: We will go from buying and eating breakfast food with the profits going to charity, to cooking and eating breakfast together–and we’ll figure out how to make a charitable contribution

Notice!

The emphasis of Notice! is to build a sense of belonging and confidence with students of color. We gather to improve our self awareness, understand personal strengths and challenges, and develop confidence in our ability to take action (self-efficacy and sense of purpose). This sense of self provides a foundation for setting clear goals in the present moment and for the future. We believe that involved young men become prepared to be critical thinkers in their day-to-day lives.

Mission Statement – The mission is to create a community of young men who take a stand to enhance and enlighten the present and future.
